Start Edition

is the only version that has limited functionally. All the rest have the same functionality, i.e. no commands are taken off, only file compatibility and licensing is different:

Educational

is same as commercial (same install DVD), but it uses serial number (no hw key) and watermarks files. Commercial can open edu files and vice versa. You can¹t get rid of the watermark.

Educational Version Installation

Trial

is same as commercial, but it uses serial no. and encrypts files so that only one singe copy of ArchiCAD can open it. It¹s time-bombed. (30 days). During the 30 days its fully functional, after that you can not save.. It can be unlocked with a wibu key, then it becomes commercial.

Data Recovery for Trial Installation

Demo

is a commercial version running without a wibu key. You can¹t save, but you can still print.
