Karl Ottenstein, Archispectives LLC

Karl and Archispectives have been providing consulting and training to ArchiCAD firms since 2001. He was a subcontractor of Boden Mountain Architecture in Sandpoint, Idaho for about eight years and has since trained firms throughout the U.S.

Recognized for superior teaching/presentation abilities and his ArchiCAD expertise, Karl has provided custom ArchiCAD training and workshops to clients wanting to achieve the huge boost in productivity provided by working with a Building Information Model (BIM) workflow from which drawings, schedules and other data are automatically extracted, minimizing errors and omissions, reducing costs, maximizing client satisfaction, and simplifying collaboration.

Now in semi-retirement in Bozeman, Montana, Karl is typically focused on ArchiCAD (and Artlantis / Photoshop / Final Cut) production, trouble-shooting, and client support. His Computer Science background lets him also provide advanced support on issues such as scheduling, databases and the Graphisoft ODBC driver, GDL programming, add-on programming, and more.
