"Is it possible to setup WIBU on a Linux machine and broadcast the signal to the Macs and PCs running ArchiCAD?"
Theoretically, it is possible, and in practice, some are doing it. All you need to do is download and install the Linux driver and server application from:
http://wibu.com/download_user.php
Be aware that Graphisoft have never tested this, and therefore we do not encourage using a Linux key-server. However, the key server - WIBU client communication has nothing Graphisoft-specifiic - ArchiCAD only "talks" to the local WIBU driver. So if WIBU says it works, than it should. And if it doesn't, then it's WIBU's fault, not ours.
