Issue

If containing texts with ISOCP font PDF saved from ArchiCAD 11 or ArchiCAD 12 cannot be open by Adobe PDF Reader on Windows platform. There is no problem with other PDF viewers on Windows and there is no problem with opening the pdf file on MAC platform.

Cause

The problem is caused by errors in the ISOCP font.

Solution

Users should replace this font with another one.
