Background color settings and text visibility in layout environment. This problem can occour, if you:
1. Set the background to a color (for example black).
2. Switch to a layout, and try to place a text using black pen.
3. In the text editor area the black text is displayed on black backgroud, and visible only if selected.
This is by design decision, that no background color setting exists in Layout mode. It follows that no Automatic Pen Adjustment as well. If the backgorund color is the same as in the model area, the target is always white. Our suggestion is to check Work Environment > More Options > Visibility Adjustment check box.
Users are able to configure this and save with the work environment settings.
