Drawing Title size: The Drawing Title is measured in “paper size”, so the simpiest way is to draw it on a Layout, where the scale is 1:1.
Note: It’s a known issue that when a drawing Title is attached to a drawing, and you attach the newly created Title to it, A/B parameter values are set to the old Tiltle object’s settings. The workaround is: set the “No Title” setting first for the Drawing, than select the new Title object – the texts are now displayed correctly.
Arrange a Title: While saving, the object origin is set to the bottom left corner of the object, and when placed with a drawing, will align with the bottom left corner of the drawing. You can, however, place a "hot spot" and save it with your Title Type in order to have a node to click when arranging your title type on the layout. If you would like to place the Drawing Title in another location, the workaround is to use the “Move Sub-Element” tool in the Pet palette to move the title according to the Drawing. You can also move the Drawing Title by the "hot spot" that you saved with the Title Type.
To Anchor the Custom Title Type to the cell:
1. First open the custom title type by going to File / Libraries and Objects / Open Object...
2. Select your custom title type and open it.
3. In the Parameters window find "AC_TitleFitMode" and set the VALUE to 3.
