Shortcut changes in Archicad 10
The default shortcut set was modified substantially in Archicad 10 compared to earlier versions. The motives behind the change were: better compliance with industry standards; introduction of one-key shortcuts wherever possible and eliminating three-key shortcuts. And above all, accommodating many new commands introduced in Archicad 10. To help you in the transition, we have gathered all the shortcuts used in Archicad 9 and Archicad 10 in one single document.
How to use the document
Example: You want to know whatever had happened to "CTRL+6" which used to go up a story in AC9. Find the line "6" in the list, which is in alphabetical order. All shortcuts that include "6" (CTRL+6, Shift+6) are listed there. You will find that:
- CTRL+6 means "Go Up a Story" in AC9
- The same function in AC 10 is assigned to CTRL+Up or SHIFT+F2
- CTRL+6 shortcut combination is not used in AC 10
Changes are marked with a yellow exclamation mark. New commands are marked with a green NEW tag.
